ordered this same hood twice, both times sent dented (what appears to be returned) hoods, unable to get new one or money back since was not realized until i opened 16 days later (return policy is apparently 14 days, which i was not informed of). terrible packaging and quality.

Buyer beware. Stainless metal is cheap. Vent works OK, but the product may arrive damaged because of how cheap the material is.

I bought this range hood approximately 6 weeks ago as it was advertised as convertible to ductless installation with the purchase of a recirculating kit. The recirculating kit is unavailable.

samsung.com does not sell the recirculating kit or charcoal filters that work with this product. it would be great if samsung sold complete kits along with the purchase of their products.
